I had a mixed experience during my stay. On the positive side, the location of the hotel was fantastic, making it easy to explore Nice and nearby attractions. The staff members were consistently friendly and professional, always willing to help. However, the condition of my room left much to be desired, with cleanliness issues and some uncomfortable features. Overall, while I appreciated the ambiance and the team, the facilities could definitely use improvements.
